Day 42 Lockdown - Poems

Poems that don't make sense

Welcome to my blog! Today I will be sharing with you two acrostic poems that don't entirely make sense.  I was tasked this by my school and just for confirmation, I am not a poet. Enjoy I guess!

Alex is the nifty name of the game,
Leadining himself into trouble that makes him go slightly insane,
Except when his composure is kept; that keeps him sane.
X-ray vision has never been given,

Rather be useful on a mission,
Idiot Blunt and assistant Mrs Jones,
Don't even crack a smile or flinch,
Even when Alex is in a bit of a pinch.
Rider is the name of the game; it kinda runs in the family!

And number two....

Crooked jaw, nose and face,
Riddled his way up into the place,
Only to be punished for is waste.
Crooked jaw, nose and face,
Only to have changed his ways,
Desmond McCain; #1 crook,
Instead known as the holy one.
Little does he know Alex Rider's on the case,
Enhancing up a little chase.

Tortured and drugged, Alex Rider faces death,
Eaten by crocodiles or shot in the chest.
Alast, Alex's great saviour comes along,
Rahim has come again,
Sadly shot in the head.
