Wii Fit
Welcome to part 2 of this wii series1 Today, I will tell you about a different game that you could play on the Nintendo Wii and stay fit and healthy. Enjoy!
In Wii fit, you require a balance board and at least 1 wii remote. There are many different game modes to play to help you get better at things like balance. There are 4 different types of exercise games: Balance, yoga, muscle workouts and aerobics. My favourite game mode is balance because there are so many fun things to do like walking a tightrope and doing headers in a row without missing. In aerobics, you can choose what to do between jogging, rhythm boxing where you punch along with a rhythm, hula hooping and step aerobics. In hula hooping, as you can tell, you have to make the hoop go around your body as many times as you can before the time is up. My record is 1857 in total. If you have a wii, can you beat that? In yoga, a body coach will take you through the steps to do a yoga move before you try it out yourself and in muscle workouts, you do the same but with more intense exercises. The wii opens up so many opportunities to play many sports and to keep fit and have fun, it sounds like it would be an excellent way to spend time during the lockdown.
