Trampoline skills
Welcome to my blog to everyone reading! Today I will be sharing with you many good skills on the trampoline to make you a jumping whizz. Enjoy!
1) Sit jumps
Sit jumps are when you bounce as high as you like, come down and land in a sitting position before bouncing back up. It may not sound hard but there are many dangers including bouncing too close to the edge meaning that you might bounce off the trampoline or scrape you head on the netting which is oddly painful. Great for beginners.
2) Knee jumps
Almost exactly the same as sit jumps but with more dangers. Clicky knees, like mine, can make it super painful when you land on your knees. It is advised to wear thicker item of clothing on your knees than say a t-shirt. Great for beginners.
3) Back drops
Back drops are my favourite type of bounce because it sort of feels like you are weightless and able to throw you body around just like that. To do it, it involves jumping up and down on your feet or standing still and lifting your legs and feet into the air so that you will bounce on your back. Then, you would bounce back up and do whatever you want. It also like a half backflip ergo that's why the name starts with back. Great for amateurs with high skill.
Doing all three of these skills can bring great pleasure but also pain. Do be careful when jumping!
Grandad and I will give that a try when we are next up!
